Challenge: With an equipment fleet of $1.5B and over 130 national locations, the executive and IT leadership of the organization suspected that their mobility services were oversubscribed.
Approach: In under two weeks, our team conducted a review of the clients 3,000 plus devices. Our findings revealed the client’s staff had several different rate plans including costly legacy plans. As suspected, most employee service allowances were oversubscribed compared to usage. We identified 40 different rates plans across two major carriers.
Result: Using the data gathered from our 12-month wireless study and trend analysis, we proposed a new wireless policy for the client. All plans were optimized to match the client's new policy and usage allowance. The result was a $750K annual savings on all wireless costs.
