The client’s contract was renegotiated with the carrier, ensuring they received discounted rates for all usage and calling features for a two-year term. The voice savings was over 10 percent of the client’s annual voice spend.
Result: The voice savings was over 10 percent of the client’s annual voice spend. The review also revealed the firm was paying 50 percent more than the competitive market rate for its data services. Without changing data providers or incurring costly migration charges, the renegotiated contract reduced the client’s cost by half.
