Challenge: One of New York City’s most prestigious private clubs was impacted by building demolition which caused the destruction of carrier network facilities and adversely impacted the club’s telecom network. The club later upgraded its network from traditional services to a fiber solution; however, the client could not dial internationally on many critical lines.
Approach: After several months of working with the carrier account team to no avail, the client enlisted our team for support. We immediately engaged the carrier and identified the technical issue that was preventing the client from making outbound international calls.
Result: Working with the carrier’s order management, account, and provisioning team the client’s long-distance access was restored in under one week.
